Employees at Catalyst member companies have no idea what Catalyst is or even that their companies are members. In the bold #metoo world, and with a very limited budget, how do we raise awareness of all that Catalyst stands for?

On International Women's Day, let's light up the world's skylines with a bold symbol to show our commitment to creating workplaces that work for women.
